Most of the island, if not all of it, is abandoned. That we know of. Train and I didn't get to search all of it, but there is a portion of it blocked off from everyone else.

I believe the location is in the forest. Apparently only one half of it, theres a barrier.

They're either back on the island where we cannot currently access due to the Station Master, or with chance of possibility, within the barrier itself. I can't prove any of this however, it's just an assumption based on collected facts.

From what I've been told, he refuses access to anyone as long as the storm continues to brew. It's possible it was set up. At least that's one assumption from some people here.

We can't do anything as long as he refuses us.
